Koh Samui · The Edge
Six days in Thailand that change how you live. Ten men. A private estate above the ocean. Breathwork, Kundalini activation, hapé and cacao ceremony, and the deepest work you will ever do on yourself, held by a man who has walked it.
This should be the most exciting thing you book this year. Because it is.
Let’s get one thing straight before anything else.
Booking this is not an admission that something’s wrong with you. It’s a declaration that you’re ready for more.
You’ve done the gym, the books, the cold water, some of the inner work. You’re hungry for the next level. The real thing. Ceremonies most men never get access to, in a container built to stretch you.
The head that never switches off. The patterns you can see but can’t shift. The loop of a good few weeks, then the dip, then the thing that takes the edge off. For you, this week is where it finally moves.
Different men. Same readiness. If you felt something reading this, that’s the readiness talking.
Every man who’s ever booked this felt two things at once: fear and excitement. That’s not a warning sign. That’s the signature of every decision that ever changed your life.
Think about what you’re actually buying here.
Not a holiday, although it’s the best one you’ll take this year. Not therapy. Six full days where the only job is you.
Sunrise breathwork on the beach, the whole system flooded with energy before most men back home are awake. Kundalini activation, working with the life-force energy you’ve been running on empty without. A cacao ceremony, heart-opening plant medicine that softens the armour before the deep work. A hapé ceremony, sacred Amazonian medicine that clears the head like nothing you’ve experienced. Somatic release work where the stuff you’ve carried for years finally moves, through the body, not the head. Meditation. Movement. And in between, ice-cold water, Muay Thai, padel, kayaks, an infinity pool over the ocean, a private chef feeding you like a king.
And what does all of that create? Freedom of mind. A head that’s finally quiet. Freedom from the patterns and the old ways of being that have been running you on autopilot. Clarity on what you actually want, not what you were told to want. Energy you forgot you had. A brotherhood of men who watched you do it.
You walk in as the man who was ready. You walk out as the man he was ready to become.
That’s what you’re gifting yourself. Six days. Once.
Most men get one deep session a year, if that. A breathwork class here, a workshop there, squeezed between everything else, and the effect fades by Monday. The Edge compresses more deep practice into six days than most men experience in five years. A different style of breathwork every single day. Conscious connected breath that takes you all the way down. Kundalini activation. Cacao. Hapé. Somatic release. Men’s work that most men have never sat in once.
That’s not a schedule. That’s a dosage. And dosage is why this works.
A nervous system that finally comes down off high alert. Some men feel their shoulders drop on day one and realise they’d been braced for years. A head that goes quiet. Sleep like you haven’t had since you were a kid. Emotion that’s been stored in the body for a decade, grief, anger, pressure, finally moving and leaving. Energy on the other side of it that feels like someone turned the power back on.
Access to a level of yourself the thinking mind can’t reach. Clarity that arrives rather than gets worked out. Men have walked out of these ceremonies and changed careers. Found the purpose they’d been circling for years. Got clear on the relationship, ended the wrong one, or finally became the man ready for the right one and called it in. Realisations men describe as ten years of insight in one ceremony.
Being fully seen by other men and respected more for it. Most men have never experienced that once. The armour coming off without the world ending. Real intimacy with your partner when you get home, because you can finally let her see you. Brotherhood that continues long after the flight. And the quiet, grounded confidence of a man who’s been to his own depths and came back. You can’t fake that, and everyone in your life will feel it.
Freedom from the patterns that have been running you on autopilot. A clear vision of what you’re building next. A body you actually live in rather than think from. And the knowledge, not the hope, the knowledge, that you can go anywhere in yourself and hold it.
Read that list again. Then ask yourself what it’s worth to have all of it by September 14th.
West facing. Fully private. Taken exclusively for the men on this retreat.

The estate · West facing · Taken in full

Plus gym, sauna, massage sala, cinema room, paddle boards and kayaks. Every detail handled. Everything you need, nothing that distracts from the work.
This is not a wanky yoga retreat. You will rest. You will recover. But you will not hide. The Edge interrupts your normal state and breaks the patterns that keep you playing smaller than you know you are capable of. There is nowhere here to escape yourself.
South East London. Big boys do not cry. I never learned to feel.
By 27, burying everything had cost me nearly my life. That was the floor.
I did not get lucky. I did the work. Coaching. Breathwork. Hapé. Silent retreats. Somatic therapy. Thirteen years of going into the places most men spend their whole lives avoiding. On the other side of it: Thailand, Kady, my son Koa, and a life I could not have imagined from that hospital bed.
Everything in this container I have lived. The darkness. The regulation. The rebuilding. I know what it takes to hold another man while he does the same.

Thirteen years doing the work most men avoid. Over 300 men have done this work with him. Coaching, breathwork, hapé, somatic therapy. A method that works because he has lived every part of it. Not coaching from theory. Coaching from a life rebuilt from the edge.

Kady holds two of the most powerful moments of the week. The Kundalini activation, a somatic energy practice that moves stored patterns through the body. And the breathwork ceremony, designed to reach what talking cannot. Her presence in Nathan’s heavy day was the moment he named as the most powerful of the week.
Each day moves something specific. Nothing is filler. Nothing is optional.
You land. You ground. The container opens. We set intentions, begin the regulation work, and the first layer of the mask starts to come off.
Deep coaching. Belief dismantling. Pattern recognition. We name what has been running your decisions and where it came from. In the evening, the cacao ceremony, ceremonial-grade heart medicine that opens the chest for everything that follows.
This is the day. Somatic work. Breathwork with Kady. The hapé ceremony (ha-peh), used gently to help you drop below the egoic, logical mind, into a deeper place to do the work. The clearing that cannot happen behind a laptop.
Who are you without the old story? We start building the new one. Kundalini activation with Kady. Cold exposure. Nature immersion.
Bringing it into real life. The five practices. The new standards. Muay Thai. Padel. Brotherhood forged under pressure.
Final circle. What you are taking home. What you are leaving behind. The man who arrived and the man who leaves are not the same.
Most pages tell you about the work. Here is what it actually looks like. Men on the floor. Breath. Body. The mask coming off. Held, not performed.

Unscripted · The work as it happens
Nathan did The Edge privately. The rest did this work inside RISE, my healing programme. The Edge is that same work, six days deep, in Thailand.
One of the most beautiful, grounded weeks of my life. I didn’t believe I could call in the connection I desire. That belief can go and fuck itself. I believe now.
Being hit with the trauma of my past relationship, a real clearing, then opening again to connection. I no longer have to hide in my bubble of peace. I am a fucking catch.
Sitting with you and realising I have a true friend in life, not just a coach.
Dan’s RISE container was one of the most significant experiences of my life. Consciously held, powerfully facilitated, unlike anything I’d been part of. Grounded, no-nonsense coaching with genuine depth. No performance.
As someone living with Autism, and as a gay man stepping into a men’s space, trust was everything. He didn’t just meet that. He exceeded it. I walked away with more clarity, more strength and a renewed sense of connection.

I was caught in a cycle of self-sabotage and my relationship was nearly gone. What followed was a significant shift in every area of my life.
No judgment. Just a safe space to look at the patterns holding me back. I developed a self-awareness I didn’t have before and replaced the old behaviours with something healthier. He became more than a coach. A trusted confidant.

I found Dan talking about self-sabotage and low self esteem and it hit immediately. After the discovery call I felt better, then talked myself out of it like every time before. By January my head was numb.
I messaged Dan and started. I changed my career entirely. My relationship with my partner and son transformed. I stopped relying on alcohol and found breathwork instead.
Stop making excuses about time and money. I made them all. Neither was actually a problem once I committed.

The retreat is six days. The change is the rest of your life.
You get home and your missus notices before you say a word. You are actually there at dinner. Phone down. Present.
The thing that used to set you off does not land the same. You feel it coming and you have got a half second you never had before. That half second changes everything.
You stop chasing the next win to feel alright for an afternoon. The hole you have been filling with work and noise goes quiet, because you finally sorted the thing underneath it.
That is what you are buying. Not six days in Thailand. The man who flies home.
You arrive as a man carrying the weight. You leave having put it down.
Most men do one retreat in their life. They go once, something shifts, they carry it. For a lot of people that is enough, and there is no shame in it.
I came to my first one for a one-off. A reset. I left changed in a way I did not have words for, and I have been going back ever since. Because once you feel what is on the other side of this work, you do not want to live without it.
This is the kind of week that ruins you for living small. If you are ready for that, book a call. If you are not, that is alright too.
If you are on the fence, here is what the ones who did it would tell you.
Hapé (ha-peh, also written rapé) is a sacred Amazonian plant snuff. In a held ceremony a small amount is blown into each nostril through a pipe. It is sharp for a few seconds. Your eyes water, you might cough or clear your nose, that is it doing its job. Then it settles fast into stillness. Quiet head, feet on the ground. We use it to drop you below the busy, logical mind so the deeper work can land. Nothing psychedelic. You are guided the whole way, and nobody is ever pushed past where they are ready to go.
Ceremonial-grade cacao, drunk warm in circle. It is not a drug and it is not psychedelic. It is a gentle heart opener, used for centuries to soften the chest and bring you into feeling before deep work. Most men describe it as warmth, openness and connection. If you have a heart condition or take certain medication, tell me on the call and we will talk it through.
You are held the whole way. Dan, Kady and a support facilitator hold the space. Nothing is forced. You move at the pace your nervous system can take, and you are never left alone with it. The intensity is met with you, not dumped on you.
Good. This is not a wanky yoga retreat. It is grounded, practical work for men who want to stop running the same patterns. If you can be honest and willing, you are in the right place.
Six days on the ground, plus travel either side. Block the week. The men who say they cannot get away are usually the ones who need it most.
You do not need to be an athlete. If you have a medical condition or anything I should know, tell me on the call and we will talk it through honestly.
A short, no-pressure conversation with me to see if The Edge is right for you. Not a pitch. If it is not your time, I will tell you straight.
8 to 13 September 2026, on a private beachfront estate in Koh Samui, Thailand. Fly into Koh Samui (USM), connecting through Bangkok or Singapore. Most men arrive the day before and fly home the evening of the last day or the day after. Once you are booked I send you everything you need, including a meeting point and your transfer.
Two places left. You hold your spot with a deposit, with the balance cleared before we begin. We sort the details on the call.
